Swanny Impact Consulting

Swanny Impact Consulting exists for one reason: too many great ideas fail because they lack a solid foundation. We guide founders and organizations through nonprofit formation, governance, and program development — building organizations that are not only compliant, but positioned for real impact and long-term success. Our practice is affirming and open to all, proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly.

With a background in operations and a passion for community impact, I help individuals and organizations turn their ideas into structured, sustainable nonprofits. I've worked behind the scenes supporting programs, improving systems, and ensuring that organizations operate with clarity and purpose.

I understand that starting a nonprofit can feel overwhelming. There are legal requirements, structural decisions, and long-term considerations that many people are not prepared for. My goal is to simplify that process and ensure everything is built correctly from the beginning.

Through Swanny Impact Consulting, I guide clients through nonprofit formation, governance, and program development. I focus on creating organizations that are not only compliant but also positioned for real impact and long-term success.

What drives my work is simple: I believe purpose deserves structure. My role is to make sure your vision is supported by the right systems, strategy, and compliance so it can grow and truly serve your community.

With nearly a decade of experience designing on Squarespace, I help organizations turn their online presence into something that truly reflects their mission. I work behind the scenes crafting websites that are clean, functional, and built to make a strong first impression on the people they're meant to reach.

I understand that a nonprofit's website is often the first place a donor, partner, or community member gets to know your work. It needs to communicate trust and purpose just as clearly as your programs do. My goal is to make sure the design never gets in the way of that message.

Through my work with Swanny Impact Consulting, I support the visual and technical side of our clients' online presence — building and refining Squarespace websites that are easy to navigate, professional, and aligned with each organization's brand and goals.

What drives my work is simple: a well-built website should feel effortless to the people using it. My role is to make sure the structure behind the scenes lets your story come through clearly.
